Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Diversity at Hamilton Families
Hamilton Families understands that expanding enriching careers of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) is a progressive ongoing work. We create space for folks to become leaders of EDI in every part of their day ins and outs, supporting and partnering with empowerment organizations like The Justice Collective to help us align our organization’s mission of ending family homelessness and the diversity of our internal culture, processes, and infrastructure.
