Since 1985, Hamilton Families has been here acting as a social safety net for thousands of families at-risk of experiencing chronic episodes of homelessness. Last year, we served 852 families, the third consecutive year we have surpassed 800 families served annually; more than double our annual impact just 10 years ago. All of this started with ordinary neighbors wanting to make a difference in their small corner of the world, and it has been that spirit of giving back that has kept us going. In short, this work is only made possible by YOU – our Hamilton Heroes.
