Summer has been full of joy & fun thanks to our many dedicated corporate and community partners - see our June Impact below.
June Partner Impact Review:
Last month was all about celebrating the amazing dads in our community!
Thanks to the SF Giants, they got to catch a game live, and thanks to Adyen, we hosted wonderful BBQs complete with special gift bags.
While Hamilton Families primarily serves mom-led households, celebrating the vital role fathers play in our community is so important to us.
We also want to give a massive shout-out to the fabulous Lift Partners team!
Led by our Mission Committee Member Austen, they sponsored a delicious lunch and volunteered with the kids in our summer program for an epic afternoon of bubble soccer.
Providing these vibrant enrichment activities does so much more than just offer a day of fun—it gives our kids a vital sense of stability, normalcy, and joy during the summer months.
Finally, Julie secured and coordinating an entire TRUCK load of Bombas socks – with her uber-organization getting them sorted and allocated to many community partners (including 20 cases to Hamilton Families!)
Huge thanks to the SF Giants, Adyen, Lift Partners, Julie and all of our rockstar volunteers for making June so special!
How YOU can help:
We’re already prepping for end of summer and back-to-school season and need a hand with a few upcoming initiatives:
🌊 Waterpark Day (July 31): Join the fun and help keep the kids safe at a waterpark outing in Santa Rosa
🎒 Backpack Stuffing (Aug 3; 1-3pm): Help assemble backpacks with supplies (teens could join their parents for this opportunity!)
🌳 Park Day (Aug 7): Join the kids fun! 2-3 more Volunteers needed to help host an outdoor community day. Event runs from 10-3pm - join for a few hours within that!
🧦 Socks, Shoes, & Backpack Distribution (Aug 13): Help us distribute gear to our families. Volunteers are needed 1-4 pm (set up) & 4-7pm (distribution)
