Hamilton Families Partner Impact Review - March 2026

Partners & Potential Partners,

With so much chaos in our broader world, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. For me, a grounding "salve" is focusing on the impact we can have right here at home

Our collective efforts are having a significant impact. Last year, 163 families moved from our programs to stable housing!  Our Annual Report is linked HERE, showcasing the power of working together as 'active neighbors'.

Here's to the many active partners stepping up to make a difference. Our March Partner Impact Review is below, celebrating the partners who turned their concern into tangible support for our community.

Maximizing team engagement - in-office kit building

If getting your team off-site is a hurdle, let us bring the impact to you. In-office kit building transforms your workspace into a service hub, maximizing participation by meeting your employees where they are.

It’s a true win-win: our families receive the health and dignity of critical supplies—from hygiene essentials to move-in kits—while your team experiences the power of collective action.

"We saw a massive jump in engagement once we moved the project to our own office. By making it part of our natural workday, we had three times more participation than our typical off-site events!" - Social Impact lead

“Many groups want to help their communities but are spread so thin – on-site volunteering  isn’t realistic. It is rewarding to help create ways for organizations to help in a way that works with their realities.”  - Merilee

Sharing unique resources - author reading & office space

If your team has unique skills or resources, let’s work together to create meaningful experiences with them.  Your team’s resources and special talents make memories for your team and our families alike.

“It was an absolute pleasure to spend time with the children and families at Hamilton Families. Seeing their excitement, curiosity, and joy, especially when they received their own copies of The Mischievous Mosquitoes of Banjul - was incredibly special and deeply rewarding. Moments like those are exactly why this work matters.”

Seeing impact firsthand - on-site volunteering

If you have the capacity, join us in-person and experience the satisfaction of creating efficiency, providing dignity, and making joy.
