Letter from Our CEO
As we close another remarkable fiscal year at Hamilton Families, I find myself reflecting on the extraordinary community that makes this work possible. Every family who finds the safety of a home, every child who goes to bed knowing where they will sleep, and every parent who can begin to imagine a better more promising future does so because people like you believe that homelessness should never define a family's story. This report highlights what we accomplished together over the past three months, but more importantly, it reflects the hope, stability, and opportunity that your generosity helped create for hundreds of families across San Francisco.
Throughout these pages, you'll see both the numbers and the stories behind them. You'll read about families moving into permanent housing, children finding stability, and new partnerships that are expanding our impact. While these milestones are worth celebrating, they are also reminders that our work is far from finished. As we begin a new fiscal year, we do so with tremendous optimism, a bold vision for the future, and deep gratitude for your partnership. Thank you for standing with Hamilton Families and helping ensure that more families have the opportunity not just to overcome homelessness, but to build the foundation for a thriving future.

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, our community will come together at The Avalon San Francisco for the Hamilton Families Annual Benefit—an inspiring evening dedicated to ending family homelessness and celebrating the families, supporters, and partners who make this work possible. Last year's event raised more than $800,000 to help families move from homelessness to stability, and we're excited to build on that momentum this year.
